Billing & Fees

Fees for my services can be paid out of pocket, you may want to check with your HSA or FSA, for reimbursement. Payment of fees is your responsibility. I want to make this work for you, so let’s chat if you have questions!

I accept cash, checks, debit cards, credit cards, and some trade for payment for specific things. If paying out of pocket, a 50% deposit is due at contract signing with the remaining 50% balance due by 34 weeks. Payments arrangements outside of this payment schedule may be done on a case by case basis. The deposit is non-refundable.

I do travel in certain cases to encapsulate. I will be in Montana in late October for a client’s birth.

NOTE: If For Any Reason The Hospital Wants To Take The Placenta To Pathology The Parents Need To Ask If They Can Take A Sample Of The Placenta And Preferably Not Close To The Cord. If You Want Your Placenta To Be Encapsulated Please Do Not Allow Your Placenta To Leave Your Room Until Bagged Up Appropriately Labeled And Either I Pick Up Or The Nurse Can Put It In The Fridge On The Floor.

We do hold workshops and conferences yearly about Placenta Encapsulation so be sure to sign up for our newsletter for more information and education.
